Our research faculty, staff and students are interested in uncovering the fundamental properties of plants. They do this by examining the biochemical and physiological mechanisms and pathways that are found within plants’ cells, tissues and organs. They also conduct research that is directed at finding ways to modify these mechanisms and pathways to lead to crop improvement.
